KRISIUN To Film Video For 'Murderer'
August 12, 2003Brazilian death metallers KRISIUN will shortly begin filming a video for the song "Murderer" off their forthcoming album "Works of Carnage", due in September through Century Media Records. The follow-up to 2001's "Ageless Venomous" was recorded at Bebop 2 Studios in São Paulo with producer Pierre Rémillard (CRYPTOPSY, KATAKLYSM, GORGUTS) and was mixed at Rémillard's studio in Quebec, Canada. According to the band's official web site, the album is "their heaviest, tightest, fastest, record to date and it will be much more dynamic and deeper than their previous releases." Included on the CD is a cover of VENOM's "In League With Satan".
In addition to the upcoming album, KRISIUN will be issuing a DVD, entitled "Live Armagedon". It will consist of a show filmed late last year at the studios of Polsat TV in Krakow, Poland as well as extra live footage from Japan, U.S.A. and Brazil, plus backstage shots, and footage from various recording sessions.
KRISIUN will be teaming up with DEICIDE, HATE ETERNAL, and CATTLE DECAPITATION for a North American tour beginning in late October.
